A 90’s summer-soul born in July. Her name is inspired by the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. Born as an half German and half Bulgarian she grew up with her parents between Hambourg and Berlin, north-eastern Germany.
Sophie’s Bulgarian father, a qualified musician and DJ, shaped her whole life.
In 1997 he tought her piano and she started singing on little stages, that's how she earned her first pocket money.

Sophie visited a music school in 2000 and focused on playing the piano for the next few years. In Autumn 2006 she moved to Switzerland and found herself in fashion & lifestyle. The decade of the 80’s & 90‘s characterizes her look and most important to say:

Her musical roots are picking up speed again in 2021. Back on the right path, she follows her father's footsteps into the music scene. As DJ Sophie Z, she is very well known in Zurich, the most famous city in Switzerland. Whether in hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, birthdays, weddings or corporate events, she plays at the highest level. She works together with other dj's, singers, music artists and agencies, like "the music architect".

In January 2022 Sophie founded her own agency named "ZWETKOV MUSIC AGENCY" located in the near of Zurich. Sophie and her father realize their dream of being an artist. Their motto "MUSIC IS OUR CULTURE - Today. Tomorrow. Forever." does justice to their personalities and lifestyle.

Sophie keeps the deep drive into the music world and started producing music. In 2023 she attended the Electronic Music School EMS in Berlin, another level of being a creative goddess. A new chapter in her life is opened and she focuses on new projects.
